Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details that you can use to track your order.For any issues, please contact our customer service team at nhbcustomer@gmail.com

We offer free shipping on all items purchased through our website.

Duties and taxes will have to be paid by the customer at their destination ( for International orders)

You can cancel your order by sending an email at nhbcustomer@gmail.com Please note that cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund, which will be processed through your original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns

Items delivered outside India are not eligible for return or refund. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • The buyer must select an exchange item of equal or greater value.
  • The original item must be shipped in sellable condition to our Indian warehouse by the buyer, who will cover the shipping costs and any related taxes or duties.
  • After a quality check, any necessary balance payment will be processed, and the new item will be shipped. If the new item is of higher value, the buyer will pay the difference. If of lower value, a coupon for the remaining amount will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Each of our products undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at nhbcustomer@gmail.com with photos and your order ID as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
